Lesson Activity: Changing Eye Colors and Using Clipping Masks
Use the same stock image above and practice your skills using shapes and the blending mode for a similar end result. Then try using a clipping mask with some fonts as shown in part 2. Have fun using different shapes and different backgrounds for a unique clipping mask effect.
Daily Activity Challenge: Every day for the following week practice changing eye colors on different stock photos or better yet ask some friends or family members if you can practice on some of their photos. When you’re done send them the results and see what they think. Also, practice using your clipping mask on different shapes and fonts and see what kind of a picture you can come up with.
