In the beginning I used to sell maternity and baby clothing while my husband was in the Navy (we were stationed together in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba – A Wonderful Experience Indeed!). That is when I came up with the seller ID name: baby.you. Which I knew would work well for me no matter what I sold, as it is always a nice practice to baby yourself when you can!

In our 7+ years of selling on eBay we have learned a terrible lot of fascinating things… Such as, what people want to buy and what we truly enjoy selling. Along the way we were taught some furniture fashion lessons, so my husband and I have seemed to acquire a taste for a mix between the antique rustic look to the chic' modern look. And while we were excited to find and sell antiques and modern furniture, we have come to learn our true fascinations lie with building Computers (that would Caine’s thing) and building websites (that would be my thing).

When Caine got out of the Navy we decided to try out a business of our own... What a scary leap of faith that was! We sold our excellent MPV van to put down a deposit and the first months rent on a business property. From then on out our storefront operated with hard work and tons of prayers!

We learned a lot, as desperation to pay the bills forced us to acquire new skills… Caine learned to build computers and with my strong desire to advertise our store online, I learned how to build websites and auction templates (Beans, after our storefront name, was my first)…

Before we knew it we loathed many of the grievous tasks we were doing to operate our small furniture and boutique storefront, such as lifting several sofas (even hide-a-beds) in and out the store every morning and every evening, so pass-on-byres would stop and buy. Boy was that some HARD work, I will NEVER forget those days!

After about 2 years of that we decided to make a change. We closed our furniture and clothing boutique. My husband opened a small Computer and Repair Store called Happy PC and I got to go back home full time (very happy about that) and be a full time housewife, mommy and website designer.

To be truthful, before I learned to design cool websites and auction templates, I did not like selling on eBay very much, as it was ALL work and no play… But ever sense I acquired my new skills, I simply can not do enough! So, I guess you can say, I found a way to get paid having fun, and helping others have fun as well! So here I am… Tons of clothing, furniture and items left over from our furniture and boutique store and all I want to do is design ebay storefronts and websites!

Okay enough said, I’m sure less than half of you must have read all that anyway's… heh… Oh well, I guess you caught me in a “sharing” mood as sometimes us ladies have a habit of getting into. Hey, I know some of you guys talk more than women... I think my husband does, but he’ll never admit to it! (lol)
