Ordering & Payment
For the convenience of our buyers we accept and prefer Paypal (insert Paypal logo). Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. Texas residents pay a 6.75% sales tax for coin purchases valued under $1,000.
Shipping
We make every attempt to charge you a shipping and handling charge that is lower than our actual cost. All coins are securely stored in a bank vault until shipped. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped through the US Post Office via Priority Mail unless otherwise noted in the listing. Insurance is included in the shipping and handling charges and is provided through our company business insurance policy. Items valued under $250 will ship with delivery confirmation. Items valued over $250 will ship requiring signature confirmation.. Express mail service is available upon request at an additional cost.
We will gladly combine shipping whenever possible. If you purchase multiple items and would like to combine shipping, please wait until you receive the combined invoice before making payment. Failure to follow these instructions will exclude you from receiving the discounted rate and your purchases will be shipped as paid for.
Returns & Refunds
American Coins Online takes pride in selling and shipping only PCGS and NGC certified coins. We also make every attempt to take photographs that accurately show the item listed for sale. For these reasons, it is rare that any of our customers request a refund. However, if you are unhappy and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, American Coins Online will refund the purchase price of the item (s). After contacting us to receive return approval, simply ship the item (s) back in satisfactory condition and we’ll refund your purchase price. The coin and holder must be undamaged and unaltered in any way. We do not pay for or refund shipping and handling charges.
