By bidding on our items, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You will receive a confirmation email soon after the auction closes from eBay. We are Smoky Mountain Minerals. A privately owned and operated company serving individuals, spas, and salons worldwide with our own formulary of mineral makeup and skincare. You agree you are purchasing the item as described in the ad. Please read ad carefully. You understand you are purchasing Smoky Mountain Minerals Makeup. We do not sell any other brand other than Smoky Mountain MInerals. We may include other company's items that compliment our minerals. See our FAQ's for complete details.

Accepted forms of payment are: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days (normally within 24 hours) after confirmed payment is received (with exception to weekends and holidays). Winner pays all shipping and handling charges. We offer USPS First Class and Priority shipping.  Please understand that once our order has left our possession, it may take 2-10 business days to reach you. This is due to the USPS, not Smoky Mountain Minerals. Winner pays any and all shipping fees stated in ad.  

We love to combine shipping for our customers! When you are finished shopping with us, just click on the request combined invoice and we will get your combined invoice to you asap!

*International buyers are responsible for paying import duties, charges, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will generally pay these fees upon receipt of your shipment. International buyers may have to pay these fees upon delivery of package.  Any free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. International orders incur regular shipping fees.
