SHIPPING TERMS – USA  
We most commonly ship via UPS and USPS.
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
To calculate shipping costs, click on the auction shipping tab and enter your zip.
UPS Ground is our preferred shipping method for larger packages (5+ lbs.)
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
USPS is our preferred shipping method for smaller packages (under 5 lbs.)
LTL (Truck) Freight is our preferred method for oversized packages.
For Express or Rush shipping please contact your friendly iBuyz sales representative.
Please be aware that we observe most National Holidays; and therefore you may see a slight delay in processing your orders around holidays.
We offer Combined Shipping on certain auctions. Please notify your friendly iBuyz representative if you wish to combine shipping.
We offer Local Pickup for local bidders at iBuyz Liquidation, Louisville, KY. Local pickup items will be available Monday - Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm (EST) only. Pickups must be scheduled ahead of time, and we require that all items be pre-paid a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that while you will not be paying for shipping costs if picked up locally, you will be responsible for Kentucky State Sales Tax of 6%. All Kentucky customers are subject to Sales Tax. Items must be picked up within 5 business days. (Special arrangements can be made by contacting your iBuyz sales representative.)

iBuyz is always evaluating the viability of reaching out our international community. Unlike many eBay sellers, we still welcome the business of international buyers on certain auctions that stipulate international shipping availability.
Please Note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, applicable duties and brokerage or custom fees.
We only ship to confirmed address locations via Paypal.

Furthermore, given the nature of our business we cannot always offer detailed specifications, applications or insight about many of the products we sell. RETURN POLICY
Returns are ONLY accepted if items are defective, damaged beyond what was disclosed in the listing, sent to you by mistake or grossly misrepresented. Please keep in mind, we do the very best we can to accurately describe all items being sold. Items MUST be returned within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Refunds will not be issued until we receive and review the item you are returning.
You MUST contact us at contact@ibuyz.com if you need to return an item.
On occasion, we will sell items “As-Is” which will be clearly stated in the auction listing. These items may offer exceptional value! Items classified “As-Is” are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances.
