For the convenience of our buyers we accept and prefer Paypal 
To pay by mail, payment must be sent via a method with online tracking such as USPS Priority and be received within 7 days of the auction closing.
We do not accept personal checks or cash.

Shipping
All orders are shipped through the US Post Office via Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made in advance. Express mail service is available upon request and at additional cost.
Rare, hard to find plants are just that. They can be costly and often times are slow growing. After years of work have been invested in nurturing them to the point that they’re ready for sale it doesn’t make sense to cut corners in packing and shipping. They deserve the best possible treatment. That’s why we choose to ship your plants fully established in the pot (unless otherwise noted). Sure it’s a little more work for us. But we feel it’s well worth the effort and we’re sure you’ll appreciate it when your plants arrive carefully packed, virtually stress free, and ready to enjoy.

These plants have just been unpacked after their long trip from Florida all the way to Hawaii. There won’t be any lengthy reestablishment period needed for them since they were carefully shipped in the pot. All they’ll need to start life in their new island home is a drink of water. This is a much nicer way to receive your choice new plants, even if we do say so ourselves. |
Live Plants
Live plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only unless other arrangements are made in advance to avoid their being held at the post office over the weekend.

Usually ship the next business day after payment is received.
Returns & Refunds
Durham Botanicals takes pride in selling and shipping only the healthiest plants, using a unique shipping procedure that ensures each plant arrives to you just as healthy as it was when it left us. For that reason, it is rare that any of our customers call to complain or request a refund. However, if you are unhappy and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, Durham Botanicals will, at our discretion, either replace your order or refund your money. After contacting us to receive return approval, simply ship the plants back and we’ll send you new ones. If we can not replace your order due to limited quantities we will refund your money.
Durham Botanicals can not accept returns for errors made by you when ordering, such as ordering the wrong items or providing an incorrect shipping address.
Durham Botanicals can not replace or refund your order after 5 days of receiving it, and is not responsible for damage or loss after arrival due to circumstances beyond our control. Should you have additional questions regarding your order or caring for your plants, please contact us.
