| Tell Us About A Resource |

| Please share information about an organization or business that helps and supports our Heroes. Here are some guidelines to follow: |

- Write a few paragraphs that will tell us about the organization so that others can understand what resources are provided. In the case of non-profits this can be a set of services, while for a business this might entail discounts or other advantages to Heroes and their families.

- Avoid any untrue, off-color or controversial statements.
|
- Make sure that the organization or business will approve of what you want to say about them.
|
- You must provide us with the full name, email address and any other useful information to allow us to contact the organization or business if necessary. We may reach out to the organization or business to explore ways of working together with AFAC Foundation.

- You must provide us with your full name, email address and any other useful information to allow us to contact you if necessary. We cannot post referrals without knowing from whom they have come. Tell us if we can use your name when we post the information or if we contact the resource.

- If we can post the organization’s or business’s logo that would be great. If you can obtain their permission to do so please forward that to us along with their approved image. In some circumstances a photo may be appropriate (e,g, of a store front or a hosted event by a non-profit). Here again these must be photos that the organization or business would approve. This rule applies to all persons shown in the picture.

- Please make sure photos are between 450 pixels wide and 500 pixels high.

| Our Resources for Heroes area is a “blog” that allows others to add their comments to what you write. We encourage you to let others know of your posting and invite others to comment as well. |
| We will post the information within a few days. Of course we reserve the right to edit your posting based on appropriateness and to provide the best presentation. |
